This vintage hand-painted and whimsically styled basset hound figurine is for mid mod minded dog lovers. This statue was made in Italy in the 1960’s. It is faithfully modeled on a Basset Hound. This piece stands an 9” tall and is in excellent cosmetic condition. There are some spots that are consistent to the original glazing. It is is stamped ‘Made in Italy’ in the ceramic underneath.
